Very helpful staff. They even contacted the car rental company to have a copie of the legally required document ('card de circulation')sent.

Nice location in an old hacienda within a quiet area surrounded by trees. Restaurant was nice, offering reasonably priced, good quality food and excellent service.
Our rooms did not have any drawers where to place our clothes.

It was away from traffic and very relaxing. The staff was mostly kind and helpful.
We did not get 2 queen beds with a terrace that we were promised when we paid extra money for the superior room. We were not returned the extra money because we were told the room we had was also a superior room

The fees paid were more than agreed when we booked.the food was not tasty at all. and restaurant service was slow.
